ABOUT
Join us our first Just(Us) Dinner of 2026!
The Art of Repair invites us into the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, a practice that honors brokenness by repairing cracks with gold rather than hiding them. Together, we’ll reflect on the places where life has fractured us — grief, loss, transition, or change — and explore what it means to repair with care, patience, and intention.
Through guided conversation, creative reflection, and shared nourishment, this evening will center resilience, healing, and the beauty of becoming whole again, not despite our breaks, but because of them.
Seats are limited—don’t miss your chance to join us on the dance floor and at the table. There is a $15 deposit for your reservation that is returned upon your participation in the event! (please note that we understand $15 can be a significant impact, if this is your case, please email Janelle Martin at janelle@kcachicago.org to…
