ABOUT
Apollo Chorus of Chicago presents this season's Spring Concert performance of A French Festival!
The Apollo Chorus invites you to revel in the artistry of composers who shaped the French musical landscape. Guest conductor Pierre-Fabien Roubaty leads the Chorus as we present our celebration of French choral music. The program includes Poulenc's Gloria, with its blend of exuberance, introspection and French flair; motets by Saint-Saës, Fauré and Duruflé, each contributing to a unique tapestry of transcendent harmonies; and the rousing Toreador March & Chorus from Bizet's Carmen.
