Use of This Website

Content on this site, including text, images, video, logos, and artwork, belongs to KCAF or to the artists and partners who shared it with us. Please do not copy or reuse it without written permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works.

Events and Tickets

Event details, dates, and lineups may change. If KCAF cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund. Otherwise, tickets are nonrefundable, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else by letting us know before the event.

Shop Orders, Returns, and Refunds

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email info@kcachicago.org to start a return. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Sale items and digital products are final sale.

Donations

KCAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 86-2865236. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request.
