Join us for another restorative evening of Just(Us) Dinners, a space intentionally created for Black community members to come together, share a nourishing meal, and engage in honest, healing-centered conversation.
We’ll be joined by Denita Inez, the visionary choreographer and director of Desueño Dance Company. Known for fusing Afro-Latin, Jazz, and contemporary movement, Desueño has brought their vibrant energy to stages and communities across Chicago—from Summer Dance to Night Out in the Parks.
This gathering will invite us to explore dance not only as performance, but as a form of healing, storytelling, and shared expression. Denita will guide us through movement that celebrates community and reminds us of the joy found in rhythm and togetherness.
